Bilingual Assistant for a member of the Leadership Team M/F

In this role, you manage all meetings, travel and expenses for a high-up member of the company. Whether your tasks are big or small, you are adept at balancing multiple responsibilities and tactically staying on top of your priorities. Whether it be during the management of ad hoc projects, team building events or the volatile calendar, you are often required to work under pressure and are comfortable attending to last-minute adjustments. In addition, you are open to taking on projects such as tracking company engagement in liaison with a plethora of other departments, and overseeing group projects all while utilising a range of ever-evolving digital tools. With flexibility regarding remote work across the company, one of your professional challenges includes handling its hybrid nature with a view to ensuring the smooth-running of your colleague’s frequent meetings. Other tasks include managing prospect and client contact lists while respecting company confidentiality protocols.
Profil Recherché :
Comfortable in fast-paced environments, you expertly handle stress and manage your time by making use of the latest digital resources. With a background in the hospitality industry and event oversight, you are outgoing and approachable in nature with an open mind and eagerness to evolve in the role. The international presence of this organisation requires you to be bilingual in French and English, and open to communicating with teams across the globe. Organised and rigorous in all you do, you are willing to adapt to your surroundings and integrate into a dynamic multicultural team.
